Andrew Mwasi
Managing Partner
Andrew Mwasi is the managing partner of the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is currently pursuing his postgraduate Diploma in Tax Administration from Kenya School of Revenue Administration. He is a seasoned conveyancing and commercial law practitioner having represented financial institutions, private entities and individuals with diverse interests. He has a strong bias for commercial contract negotiations.
Anne Wangechi

Anne is a partner at the firm. She obtained her undergraduate Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.

Kennedy Kyalo
Associate Advocate
Mr. Kyalo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya who covers commercial litigation, environment and land litigation, insurance litigation, debt recovery and security realization, constitutional petitions, judicial review and defamation cases.
He has accumulated wide trial court experience representing clients from the subordinate courts and tribunals to the Supreme Court of Kenya. His litigation skills are second to none. Kyalo’s legal practice continues to be guided by the firm’s core values bringing success to all our clients’ assignments.
