We undertake land applications such as Change of user of Land, Subdivision & amalgamation of Land. extension of government leases and Conversion of Land.
We advise on development projects and its contracting arrangements such as procurement, finance and property management. Our services include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing and negotiating contracts between our clients and their contractors, consultants
- Preparing and negotiating contracts between our clients and Project Financiers and advice on structuring of joint ventures with Equity Partners
- Advice on regulatory approvals required and where necessary, apply and obtain such approvals from the Government Authorities on behalf of our clients
- Preparing Agreements for sale, Transfers, Leases in respect of the Units to be sold/leased to end-users as well as conducting due diligence on the property buyers/tenants to conclusion of registration of documents at the relevant Land registries
