Insurance Programs

Health & Life Insurance: Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under a group life and health insurance program after ninety (90) days of employment for a minimal cost. Short and Long Term Disability Insurance: Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under a group disability insurance program after ninety (90) days of employment.

Supplemental Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible to purchase additional insurance coverage, (i.e. short-term disability, accident, cancer, critical illness, intensive care, universal life and term life insurance) through payroll deductions.

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
