Our expertise in this area includes the preparation of Share Sale and Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements and Loan Agreements. We advise on investment matters, development projects and investment structures such as joint venture agreements and other real estate financial streams. 

We undertake legal audit and legal risk assessments for our clients by interrogating/tracking their institution’s systems and documentation to determine the legal health of their businesses and prevent exposure to future litigation, penalties and unnecessary legal costs. This is in tandem with the firm’s notion to practice preventive law. 

We assist our clients in registering various forms of business entities including private and public companies, business names, trusts, partnerships and Not-for-profit organizations such as Charitable Trusts, NGOs, societies and foundations.
